[TYPO3-commerce] moved to forge

well, when I put this URL (http://forge.typo3.org/issues/show/1227) in 
my Browser, I can see this issue.
But when I am at the commerce Projekt site and click on Issues 
(http://forge.typo3.org/projects/extension-commerce/issues), I don't see 
any Issues. When I click on "New Issue" I get the error message "No 
tracker is associated to this project. Please check the Project 
settings.". When I click on "summary" I get a summary page, but there is 
no summary (all values are replaced with "-").

Do I first have to join the project to see existing Issues or report new 
ones?
