[TYPO3-commerce] Hook inspector

Ok,

Thanks to regex there is now (on my hd) a version that can use cc_debug 
as well as cc_devlog.

I have seen some nasty naming annoyances where the hook name does not 
equal the function name of the hook class. So . . . I need to go through 
all the files by hand and sort this out . . .

None of the pi3 hooks are debugged becasue of this . . .

I thought this was straight forward, but it's not.

Oh well...
