[TYPO3-commerce] Delete payment method

Have you tried to import the static data again? Go to the extension 
manager, click on commerce and press 'update' right on the top. There 
the default payment methods should be included (I guess).

You could also go to phpmyadmin or whatever tool you like, open the 
table 'tx_commerce_articles' and set the field 'deleted' to 0.
