[TYPO3-commerce] 0006222: Actual step at checkout is not rendered correct

sorry if some of you get this message several times. I had problems with 
posting it in the NG.

Just for the records - Thomas seemed to miss adding all needed changes 
from bug_6222-3-setup.diff for pi4, so that the TS-definitions for the 
supbarts where missing.
