[TYPO3-commerce] howto statistics in commerce

1. Search the pids wich should not appear in statistics.
2. Write these pids into extensionsconfiguration
3. goto Statisticsmodule
4. Place focus on top-Order folder
5. Choose full aggregation for the First time
6. choose show Statistic.

If you want to go on with statistics, you have to to an incremental 
aggregation every day before look at your statistics.

If you change something manual in Database or change folderstructure, yo 
may have to do a full aggregation.

In future Versions of Commerce it's planned to do such aggregations with 
cronjobs, but not every ISP provides the possibility to realize own 
Cronjobs.
