[TYPO3-commerce] Navigation does not work...

any chance to get these lines back in? Without them, menu-entries with 
no items (no products and no subcategories) always link to the parent 
category. (I'm not displaying any products or manufacturers in the 
navigation, neither any fe_group restrictions.)
