[TYPO3-commerce] moving commerce folders out of typo3 root causes problems

Hi Ingo,

Allowing one to move the folder anywhere one likes would make commerce 
more usefull.

You can also imagine a situation where a client has one TYPO3 
instalation that runs multiple site domains (and site trees) that all 
need a shop.

In that case it would be nice to give each site tree it's own commerce tree.

We currently have one client with over 15 sites in one TYPO3 install.
