No, we won't implement a feature like that, since TAX is completely 
handled different in other countries.
(see other threads in this list!)

But we will have a mini extension as example ready for T3CON to show how 
to implement a tax selector in your own extension.
Afterwards it will be available in TER as extension to commerce for 
setting german tax rates.
