[TYPO3-commerce] Tax

I tried to use this extension but could'nt manage to set the default-tax.

I get a nice select box with 19% and 7% values but even with patching
the ext_tables.php i was not able to configure the 19% value as default.

Can anyone give me a hint what im doing wrong.
