Hi,

this really seems to be a problem for many extensions. Obviously its not 
so easy to avoid it.
So I think it would be very helpful if "someone" could write a "HowTo 
avoid set_no_cache() in your extension code" with code examples and put 
it somewhere on typo3.org.

Just a suggestion from a no-coder, I'm not asking this from anybody.
