[TYPO3-commerce] ###FIELD_COUNTRY### is not shown

Anybody knows what could be the reason that the marker
###FIELD_COUNTRY### is not working.

Ok i think is partly working. The marker is not shown but there is shown
nothing, normaly there should be a drop-down menu to choose the country.
