[TYPO3-commerce] Backend-User has no rights to edit an article.... BUG ?

BINGO - thats exact my problem. And so IT IS A BUG !

Does anybody knows how to fix it ?
Its a very small bug but it prevents that a "not-admin" backend-user is able 
to service the shop ....
