[TYPO3-commerce] Menu URLs with & and &

I have a working commerce shop with a two level menu. After copying the 
whole shop to another provider I get "&" and "&" mixed in the menu 
URLs e. g.

http://<domain>/292.0.html?&tx_commerce_pi1[catUid]=13&amp;cHash=9becc62f1e

Sometimes, I don't no why, level one of the menu produces URLs with "&" 
and level two of the menu produces URLs with "&amp;"

The URLs in the product list or article list are correct. Only the menu 
items are affected.

This mix doesn't work of course. Any ideas?
