[TYPO3-commerce] HOWTO switching delivery methods based on basket sum

Hi all,

Here is a tut explaining how to create an extension that switches the 
delivery articles based on basket sum:

It will enable you to charge customers 0 delivery cost when they order 
for an amount larger than X.

The original idea is from Ralf Merz.
