ups - yes, possible - I configured my newsgroup client with a 
spam-protected mailadress. You have to remove 'removeformessage' from my 
mailadress ;)

Well - it's no special commerce feature and hooks are well documented in 
  the core docs. But feel free to add it to the wiki - it's a wiki though :)
