[TYPO3-commerce] extend mail templates

the best sample is the TS of commerce itself. Just have a look there - 
should be quite self explaining.

When you need additional fields that are not already available in the 
DB, you of course have to add those. If you don't know how to do this, 
use the extension kickstarter or have a short look at other extensions 
how they do things.
