[TYPO3-commerce] invoices where to print?

After a tip from Sascha it seems that setting the typoScript constant

plugin.tx_commerce_lib.invoicePageID = 410

is not enough to get to work. You also have to set the value in

Extension Manager -> Commerce (click on the name) -> there is also a 
field invoicePageID

Set the value here and the link shows.
