[TYPO3-commerce] more orders with same mailadres

plugin.tx_commerce_pi3.createNewUsers = 0

with that option, no users should be created during checkout, which 
should be what you where looking for. But you have to delete the fe_user 
that already has been created for the e-mail address you where testing.
