[TYPO3-commerce] A couple off newbe Q

Hi there

1. if i want detailed view in PRODUCT_BASKET_QUICKVIEW how can i do 
that, i also want COUNT and PRICE_GROSS for every item

2. Every time i order a item, i go to the basket, i want this to be 
     turned of?

3.in my basket i get ###ARTICLE_EANCODE### instead off ARTICLE_NUMBER, 
where can i change this, and where can i change ###BASKET_PRODUCT_LIST###
