Threre are different tools (at least for subversion >= 1.4) for that
purpose:
svnsync
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/nightly/en/svn.reposadmin.maint.html#svn.reposadmin.maint.tk.svnsync
sounds to be the simplest way.
