[TYPO3-commerce] namespace for Commerce extensions

Hi folks,

Perhaps at some point we'll have a number of Commerce extensions in TER, 
mostly for a variety of payment gateways. It would be helpful to have a 
common prefix/namespace for these extensions so they are easier to 
identify in the TER.

Currently, I'm using "comm". So my "gatewayname" extension would be 
"commgatewayname". Or perhaps the prefix in this case should be 
"commpay" or "commpmt" to indicate that this particular extension is 
payment related. I am avoiding underscores on purpose.

Other options would be cmrc or commerce (but the later could lead to 
filename length problems in the extension).
