You can download this snapshot from the current SVN:

Very soon, tx_commerce's development will be moved to the public SVN 
repository here:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/typo3xdev/

You'll want to look at payments/class.tx_commerce_payment_creditcard.php
and payments/libs/class.tx_commerce_payment_wirecard_lib.php.
