[TYPO3-commerce] Images are still not displayed

In fact Im getting more confident myself that maybe this  is not a commerce module related issue

I just realized that other modules have the same problem with some images
and I could get commerce to display some sort of gif-s but not some sort of jpg-s

file bengal-bay-garnet.jpg # this file was not displayed
bengal-bay-garnet.jpg: JPEG image data, JFIF standard 1.02

file drill.jpg # this file was displayed OK
drill.jpg: JPEG image data, JFIF standard 1.01


however it is strange that the same picture displayed here
http://burwell.symsol.com.au/index.php?id=38&tx_commerce_pi1[showUid]=8&tx_commerce_pi1[catUid]=4

and it is not appearing here :
http://burwell.symsol.com.au/index.php?id=43

I have checked ImageMagick version is

ImageMagick-6.3.0.0-27.6

However I put the same system on a different machine with

ImageMagick-6.2.3-4.2 and the same problem exist on that one as well


Any hints would be appreciated  ...
