[TYPO3-commerce] Display of "top" products, anyone?

Hi.

In (hmpf) ZanCart one can tick a checkbox on products to mark them as 
"special", and have those products displayed in their own place and/or 
layout.

Is something like this available for commerce? Either built-in or as 
custom code? Has anybody done something like this?
