[TYPO3-commerce] Checkout Prob

After my reinstallation - no! 
During my first tests (while the shop worked) i renamed the Payment Options to the german values and the delivery options also.
I did not cleaned up my database while deinstallation of the extensions and so after the reinstallation the german values appeared again (Kreditkarte, Vorauskasse,...)
