[TYPO3-commerce] date2cal works now (was: Re: Create Price)

It looks like the latest date2cal (5.1.1) works fine with Commerce. I've 
  tested it on both TYPO3 4.1 and 4.1.1, with two different Commerce 
installations. Yay!
