[TYPO3-commerce] About Delivery Payment

Hi List.

Can someone explain me how is handled delivery payment.
 I noticed some points :
    I can have several delivery articles
    I can have several amount for one delivery article
    Delivery is added at the end of the basket with a select box that let me 
choose the kind of delivery I want.

That's the way it works on my shop.
    I created a second delivery article
    When I change the delivery payment : One more article call DELIVERY is 
added to the Articles in my basket (original sysdelivery is still at the end 
of the basket. And I can change the amount of "new delivery" as it is 
processed as a real article.

Basically what I would like to have is :
    the possibility to switch delivery at the end of the basket (not as 
"real" articles)
    Finnaly my delivery price would be automaticaly processed this way :
        Each article will be associated with one delivery price.
        The delivery price that is going to be used is the biggest delivery 
price within all the delivery prices of my articles.

Does anybody has an idea how to implement this kind of things ? does anyone 
already did it this way ?
