[TYPO3-commerce] External payment provider

Hi all,

I just want to announce that I integrated a external payment provider 
(payment via popup) without changing the commerce extension (only 
payment interface and a hook). The functionality is 98% implemented 
without problems, but the code is not so clean that I can publish it. I 
hope to do that till next Monday.

Hopefully this helps also to integrate paypal. I don't know if paypal 
can also accessed with a popup.
