[TYPO3-caretaker] How to set up the advanced notification system

Hi all,

I would like to set up the advanced notification system and send 
notifications for different tests to different admins. I've been 
playing around a bit but can't get the clue. Is there a manual 
somewhere or can anyone give a hint? I've got roles set up and the 
simple mailer works but (as expected) this will send notifications to 
all the roles regardless of their connection to a test.
