[TYPO3-calendar] Release of cal_introduction 1.0.0

Hi list,

I just uploaded cal_introduction [1]:

The Calendar Base introduction package is a demonstration package to show the features of the Calendar Base extension and the possible
add-on extensions.

Please follow the installation instructions of the manual to install it. You will need a new cal version (1.9.0), which can be downloaded at
[2].

Cal 1.9.0 is a totally refactored release (and not for production!):

- Adopted extbase structure and moved all php files into Classes folder
- Icons, help-files and templates are now inside the Resources folder
- TypoScript, Flexforms & TCA stuff is inside the Configuration folder
