[TYPO3-calendar] tx_cal_category/sys_category

Hello list,

I have a problem with categories in cal 1.9.2/TYPO3 6.2.14:
Im using sys_categories for the extension "news" and cal_categories for cal.

My problem:
In FE in the category-tree there are shown all categories: sys_categories 
and cal_categories, but only cal_categories should be shown.

Category selection mode is set to "Show only selected categories".

In the extension manager "Use tx_cal_category or sys_category records" is 
set to "tx_cal_category"

If I change in EM to "sys_category" in FE only the sys_categories and 
cal_categories with identical id's are shown.

What could be wrong?
