[TYPO3-calendar] new releases of the 'cal' extension group

Hi list,

I just released new bugfix versions for cal (1.9.3), cal_ts_service (2.0.1) and caldav (1.0.1).
Please have a look at their changelogs for more detailed information.

There is a new version of the cal_introduction "package" extension. It includes:
Feature   - Added fe-editing for Events page
Feature   - included cal_ts_service extension
Feature   - included caldav extension

Thanks to all the people providing detailed bug reports on forge! :)
