[TYPO3-calendar] cal 1.8.0 release - hail sphinx

Hi list,

I just uploaded a new version of cal. It contains an updated manual with the new reST structure [1].

Besides the manual there are some small bugfixes and tweaks:

* Fixed backend category tree rendering in TYPO3 7
* Updated manual - removed old swx, added new sphinx manual; updated screens & text
* Moved language files into Resources/Private/Language
* Updated indexer to show available sys-folders containing recurring events; added flashmessages for better reading
