[TYPO3-calendar] please test cal with fal integration

Hi list,

I finally had the time to migrate the file handling to the fal (file
abstraction layer).

Please checkout the cal trunk from forge and test it.
It includes 4 migration wizards, which can be called from within the
install tool.

The cal fe-editing currently doesn't support this feature!!
