[TYPO3-calendar] Attachment from all Event-Records in Event view

Hi Ingo,

thank you for finding this bug. I took this as an opportunity to finally
migrate cal's atttachment and image file relations to the file
abstraction layer.

I just committed a changeset, which includes 4 migration wizards, which
can be called from within the install tool.

Please have a look at it.
