[TYPO3-calendar] Announcing cal versions 1.5.9, 1.6.1 & 1.7.0

Well, the TYPO3 update wizard does the db-changes first. After that, the
image information is lost :(
So it'll be included in a future release, with a note to first install
an earlier version on oder to migrate...
