[TYPO3-calendar] Experimental: Fluid in list view

Hi Paolo,

css_styled_content defines a way of rendering images and descriptions through typoscript. You need to pass on the right parameters to it. I
don't know how fluidcontent_core renders images and descriptions, so I can't give you support on it :(
