[TYPO3-calendar] typo3-calendar.org has a new home

Hi list,

thanks to Kay Strobach typo3-calendar.org has a new home. Thanks Kay!

After a long time without any update, I decided to face-lift the page. 
It has the current cal version installed and shows a new demo: month 
view with ajax.

I hope you like it :)

If you have more tutorials and/or practical examples, please send them 
to me.
