[TYPO3-calendar] No ###ATTACHMENT### after Update php-version to 5.4, Typo3 to 4.5.25 and cal to 1.5.2

Thats exactly what I tried to say in the anwser to my first message 
there (8.Feb), that I need these lines for view.list although I have NOT 
4.3.
