[TYPO3-calendar] Show Category menu calendar view in FE without category check boxes marked as selected

Thank you very much - it works as expected.

I added the following to the TS setup:

#Set all categories to not selected as default
plugin.tx_cal_controller._DEFAULT_PI_VARS.categorySelection=1
