[TYPO3-calendar] Non admin users are unable to select a calendar after upgrade from Typo3 4.2 to 4.4

Hello,

After upgrading our typo3 version, the calendar extension does not allow 
non admin back end users to select a calendar when creating or modifying 
a calendar event.

I believe I have all the proper backend user group security.
