[TYPO3-calendar] Attachment_preview in fe_edting

actually, only a preview image should be shown.

I had a look at my install and didn't see any preview image either. It 
turned out, that I had an old version of imagemagick installed, which 
was not compatible with mac os x lion.

Could it be something similar on your side?
