[TYPO3-calendar] new category handling

Hi Mario,

I have checked and in my case there is no difference between 'exact
match' and 'any'; in both cases items show up that have one of the
categories assigned. So the strict handling of categories does not seem
to work (which is fine by me but probably not as intended).

Best regards,
Bart
