the caldav extension works as export FROM cal. You don't need it, if you 
want to import a calendar definition. The downside is, that we currently 
can only handle http links to import the ics file.

In order to update your import on a regular base, you need to resave the 
calendar after you have installed and configured the scheduler extension.
