[TYPO3-calendar] date format weekview

HI,

  I have a new probleme with cal extension :

  In the week view, how can i do to have the time format  ( 17h30 instead of 
05h30 ), i have put :

plugin.tx_cal_controller.view.timeFormat = %H:%M in the template constant 
but the result is the same (0500 instead of 1700)

also the problem with the date ....
