This is not possible at this moment with the new templates.

We have an issue for this in the bugtracker, but we're not sure yet if 
and when to implement it since the autoscroll function points the users 
always to a view of current interest. On the other hand you have to be 
very careful with setting view.day.dayStart/End because this means to 
ignore events starting earlier or ending later than this time.
