Sure it does: it's in the event attendee record -> email.

The field is for attendees in meetings. Those email-addresses will 
receive an invitation for this meeting with a link to confirm. You have 
to configure the "Meeting status Page" 
[plugin.tx_cal_controller.view.event.meeting.statusViewPid] in the 
constants.

Please have a look at this feature, since it's rarely tested and I would 
love to see this feature in a live system.
