[TYPO3-4-3] new content element "media"

Hi,

I try to configure the new content element "media" with local swf files and 
youtube videos, but all I got is a player with black background and after 
clicking on play, I see the message "buffering.. 0%".
After that, no changes...
Does anyone got the player well configured?

Info: It's an upgrade from an older TYPO3 version, no new installation.
