[TYPO3-project-4-3] Help with Scheduler manual needed (Windows information)

Hi all,

I need a bit of help with the Scheduler manual. It contains a chapter 
about setting up the scheduler cron job. I wrote the part about Unix 
systems, but I don't know how this is done on Windows. Could someone 
write that part for me?
