[TYPO3-project-4-3] page opition "TSconfig on next level" is missing

Hi!

Did you encounter the problem that you wanted to set some TSconfig
options for all sub-pages but not for the page itself?

I did and I think that in analogy to the TS setup a field "TSconfig on
next level" would solve the problem.

What do you think?
